Thank you for shopping at SerumsFit. All of our products are digital downloads — PDF files delivered instantly upon purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.

This policy applies to all customers worldwide, with additional provisions for customers in the European Union (EU) as required by applicable law.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on https://serums.fit are digital goods — downloadable PDF files. Because digital files are delivered and accessible immediately after purchase, they cannot be physically returned. Access to your product is granted as soon as your payment is confirmed.

2. Our Satisfaction Guarantee (All Customers)

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at support@serums.fit.

We will review your request and, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A replacement product of equal or greater value.
  • Store credit for a future purchase.

We aim to resolve all requests fairly and promptly. Our goal is for every customer to feel confident buying from SerumsFit.

3. EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

You ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. However, for digital content, this right is waived once the download or access has begun — provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged the waiver at checkout.

At checkout, EU customers will be asked to confirm:

  • That they consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and
  • That they acknowledge the right of withdrawal is lost once the download has begun.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your product, you retain the full 14-day right of withdrawal and may request a refund by contacting us at support@serums.fit within that window.

4. US Customers — Refund Eligibility

For customers based in the United States, the following refund terms apply:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • We offer refunds at our discretion where the product did not perform as described, or where a technical issue prevented access or download.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback — we are committed to making it right.

Note: US consumer protection law (including FTC guidelines) requires that our refund policy be clearly disclosed before purchase. This policy is displayed on our website and at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

5. When We Issue Refunds

Regardless of location, we will always issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You did not receive your download link or were unable to access your product due to a technical error on our end, and we could not resolve the issue within 72 hours.
  • The product you received was materially different from its description on the product page.
  • You are an EU customer who has not yet accessed or downloaded the product and requests withdrawal within 14 days of purchase.

6. When We Do Not Issue Refunds

We are generally unable to issue refunds in the following cases:

  • You have already downloaded and accessed the product (outside of extenuating circumstances).
  • You changed your mind after downloading the product.
  • More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
  • The request is based solely on personal preference rather than a specific product fault.

We review all requests individually and reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@serums.fit with the following:

  • Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for your request.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. The vast majority of issues can be resolved quickly and directly, and we are always willing to work toward a fair outcome.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your access to future purchases being restricted.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Files

If your download is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description, please contact us immediately at support@serums.fit with your order details. We will provide a corrected file or issue a full refund without question.
